Note 1 – Scope of Book Keeping Services
The above book keeping service is only based on material provided by the company, such as the bank statements and the supporting documents for the fund inflow/outflow, etc. Companies instead of EStar Business should be responsible for the completeness, existence and accuracy of the material provided to EStar Business. If additional efforts (i.e. overtime working, extra fees, etc.) incurred by EStar Business due to companies’ untimely provision of material or non-compliance with the requirements, EStar Business will charge overrun fee for such additional efforts incurred.
Note 2 – Clarification on Our Quoted Price of Trial Balance and Section Breakdown Preparation
Our quotations for the above-mentioned trial balance and section breakdown preparation services will be comprehensively considered based on the financial period to be covered, the nature of the business, and accounting books. Our quotations are strictly subject to internal approval to ensure the appropriateness of the quoted prices. At the same time, we also strictly abide by the privacy policy published on this website.
