Bookkeeping is based solely on the bank statements and supporting documents for fund inflows and outflows provided by the company, which is responsible for their completeness, authenticity and accuracy. Extra hours or costs caused by late or non-compliant information will be charged separately.

Note 2 – Quotation for trial balance and account breakdown

Quotes are based on the financial period, the nature of the business and the financial information in the books. Unless otherwise stated, the above fees exclude third-party and out-of-pocket expenses, including but not limited to printing, postage and overtime charges.
