DENG Qiannan (Stella)

Co-Founder, Managing Director

Stella holds a master's degree from Peking University China, and is a qualified CICPA, CA ANZ and AICPA professional, as well as an Accredited Tax Advisor (ATA) in Singapore. As an experienced finance, tax and corporate advisory professional, she has nearly 20 years of professional experience, including nearly 10 years of working experience in KPMG China and KPMG Singapore, and then served in a senior management position in multinational commercial groups (e.g. as an Asia-Pacific Regional Finance Controller of Ant Group). She has extensive experience in accounting, taxation and regulatory compliance in Singapore and other Southeast Asian markets, together with exposure to cross-border requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Her professional experience spans international financial reporting standards and accounting frameworks in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, China and the United States, as well as a broad range of industries.

PEH Siew Wee (Siew Wee)

Co-Founder

Mr. Peh holds an MBA from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor). He has been an independent Director of China Sunshine Chemical Holdings Ltd (an SGX mainboard listed company) since 2024, Director of Corner First Management Consulting Pte. Ltd. (since 2020) and Westlake Nexus Pte. Ltd. (since 2019). Prior to these, he served as Director at China Capital Impetus Asset Management Pte. Ltd. from 2011 to 2018 and held senior positions at HL Bank Singapore, SBI E2 Capital Asia Securities Pte. Ltd., Raffles Campus (China) Pte. Ltd., CN-Surbana Facilities Management Pte. Ltd., Informatics Holdings (Fujian) Pte. Ltd., Gleneagles (Fujian) Pte. Ltd., and Beijing EM Services Pte. Ltd. from 2000 to 2010. His career spans financial services, asset management and senior corporate management roles, with extensive experience in finance and strategic leadership.
