Scope of the company secretarial service (basic):

a. Appointment of a qualified person as company secretary;

b. Electronic maintenance of the company's statutory records online;

c. Preparation of minutes, resolutions and other necessary documents for board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs) (limited to six documents per year; additional documents are charged separately); and

d. Advisory on company secretarial matters.

Unless otherwise stated, the above fees exclude third-party and out-of-pocket expenses, including but not limited to ACRA fees, taxes, postage and overtime charges.
