Annotation 1:

Unless expressly stated above, the quotation excludes government fees, penalties imposed by regulators for late filing, and other out-of-pocket expenses such as application fees, taxes, courier, overtime, printing and bank charges, which are borne by the client.

Annotation 2:

The quotation includes the BVI registered agent's incorporation service fee, and the secretarial service covers only the agent's basic fee. Any change to shareholding, shareholders, directors or registered address requiring additional secretarial or agent services is charged separately at the agent's fee plus a coordination fee of USD100 per event. If the agent raises its fees, we will notify the client and collect the increase.

Unless otherwise stated, the above fees exclude third-party and out-of-pocket expenses, including but not limited to BVI regulatory fees, taxes, postage and overtime charges.
