Remote one-stop service, one-to-one professional services:

- We will provide services for company incorporation and bank account opening as mentioned in step 1 (Note 1);

- We will provide services as the coordinator, and cooperate with external professional lawyers, so as to assist entities and entrepreneurs to complete the license qualification process as mentioned in Steps 2, 3 and 4 (Note 2);

- Our fee for the above-mentioned services is charged by working hours, starting from S$25,000 (inclusive of fees paid to lawyer). Please contact us for specific fee quotation.

Note 2 – Services as Licensing Application Coordinator

We will provide services as the coordinator, and cooperate with external professional lawyers, so as to assist entities and entrepreneurs to complete the license qualification process as mentioned in Steps 2, 3 and 4.

Our services include but not limited to:

(i) advice on license applications - eligibility preparation,

(ii) assist applicant in licenses application - filling documents preparation and submission,

(iii) assist applicant in responding to MAS's inquiries during license application – waiting period.

Please noted that our above-mentioned services do not include assisting the applicant in license application - eligibility preparation, such as: staffing arrangement, business model/ operation plan preparation, and internal control system etc. If the applicant needs our assistance in the above-mentioned eligibility preparation for license application, it shall be separately negotiated for relevant service scope and fee charges.

Note 3 – Other Reminders

Singapore's Capital Markets License (CMS License) application will take a long time, and the license application result depends on MAS's decision, which is uncontrollable. Therefore, if entities and entrepreneurs plan to apply for a Capital Markets License in Singapore, please contact us in advance, so as to make sufficient eligibility preparations to increase the possibility of obtaining the license.
