Remote, one-stop, one-on-one service:
- Company incorporation and bank account
opening for Step 1 (see Note 1);

- Acting as licence application coordinator,
working with experienced external lawyers
to complete eligibility preparation and the
application in Steps 2–4 (see Note 2);

- Our fee is an all-in fee charged by time,
from SGD 25,000 (including legal fees).

Note 1 – Company incorporation and bank account opening

Note 2 – Licence eligibility preparation and application

As licence application coordinator, we work with experienced external lawyers to help companies and entrepreneurs complete eligibility preparation and the application in Steps 2–4, including but not limited to:

- Advice on preparing for the licence eligibility requirements;

- Completing and submitting the application;

- Helping respond to MAS queries during the application.

Note that these services do not cover the staffing, business model, operating plan or internal control arrangements needed to meet the eligibility requirements. If you need help with these, we will discuss and charge for them separately.

Note 3 – Other points to note

A Singapore CMS Licence application takes a long time, and the outcome ultimately depends on MAS and cannot be guaranteed. If you plan to apply, we recommend contacting us early to plan ahead and prepare thoroughly for the eligibility requirements, improving the chance of approval.
