EStar Business's Malaysian subsidiary, in partnership with licensed Malaysian company secretaries, offers the following promotional packages for new companies:

Note 1: The Nominee Director deposit, less any outstanding Nominee Director fees, will be refunded to the client's designated bank account in the month after the service ends.

Note 2: The other deposit covers third-party incorporation fees not listed above, including (i) registration fee: RM1,010; (ii) company name search fee: RM50 per submission; (iii) bankruptcy search fee: RM10 per director; (iv) Company Profile (CTC): RM30.80; and (v) other third-party fees (if any). Any shortfall is payable by the client; any surplus will be offset against subsequent company secretarial fees.

Note 3: The service charges cover company incorporation, the Company Secretarial Service (Basic) for 1 year and the Registered Office Address (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) for 1 year, but exclude an operating address. Annotation 1:

Under the requirements of the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), a new company must meet the following conditions:

- Registration applicant: An accredited service provider must be engaged.

- Company name: The name is subject to approval by SSM.

- Company directors: At least one director must ordinarily reside in Malaysia.

- Company secretary: A Malaysia-based company secretary must be appointed.

- Registered office: The registered office must be a Malaysian address.

- Paid-up capital: Share capital must be fully paid up, at least MYR 1 for a new company (MYR 1–100 recommended). Subsequent capital increases are based on the actual amount remitted.

Annotation 2:

Scope of the company secretarial service (basic):

a. Appointment of a qualified person as company secretary;

b. Electronic maintenance of the company's statutory records online;

c. Preparation of minutes, resolutions and other necessary documents for board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs) (limited to four documents per year; additional documents are charged separately); and

d. Advisory on company secretarial matters.

Other Notes

Unless otherwise stated, the above fees exclude third-party and out-of-pocket expenses, including but not limited to SSM fees, taxes, postage and overtime charges.
