Founder, Managing Director

Stella, Master of Peking University China, is a holder of CICPA, CA ANZ and AICPA, Accredited Tax Advisor (ATA). As an experienced Finance & Accounting professional, she has more than 20 years' relevant working experience, including 10 years' working experience in KPMG China and KPMG Singapore, and then served as a senior management position in multinational commcercial groups (e.g. as an AsiaPacific Regional Finance Controller of Ant Group).

PEH Siew Wee (Siew Wee)

Mr. Peh holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor). He has been an independent Director of China Sunshine Chemical Holdings Ltd (a SGX mainboard listed company) since 2024, Director of Corner First Management Consulting Pte. Ltd. (since 2020) and Westlake Nexus Pte. Ltd. (since 2019). Prior to these, he served as Director at China Capital Impetus Asset Management Pte. Ltd. from 2011 to 2018 and held senior positions at HL Bank Singapore, SBI E2 Capital Asia Securities Pte. Ltd., Raffles Campus (China) Pte. Ltd., CN-Surbana Facilities Management Pte. Ltd., Informatics Holdings (Fujian) Pte. Ltd., Gleneagles (Fujian) Pte. Ltd., and Beijing EM Services Pte. Ltd. from 2000 to 2010. Throughout his career, Mr. Peh has demonstrated a strong commitment to financial expertise and strategic leadership.
